Who is this Stranger?

Well, hello there, I guess you might want to know a little about me... I'm just your average guy who can pull off an American fu manchu. I really enjoy computers and pretty much all technology. If you ask me whether I'm a Mac or a PC I will tell you that I am a mixture of both; I am a geek yet, you cannot tell from a first glance (but seriously, PC all the way). If you haven't already guessed, I am a computer science major at Boise State University. And although I have passed both English 101 and 102, I don't know a thing about writing or grammar so bear with me. I never imagined myself writing a blog but here I am.

If you dare me to do something there is about a ninety-nine percent chance that I will do it. You might think I'm funny but really I am not funny at all. They say they are laughing on the inside but... Anyways. I love music. Playing the guitar is one of my most favorite things to do in my free time. I might also be obsessed with Taylor Swift... and my guitar just may be named "Swift". And yes, that is white hair on my head and eyebrow. Now this all might be fun to read about but I think you want the truth. I'm actually four hundred pounds living in an old shack and I just found this guy's picture out on the internet and thought he looked pretty good. You got me.

You might be wondering why I chose "The Stranger" for my blog. I come from a christian family and have been raised to love God all my life. Although there have been rough times, God still loves me and He will always be with me. One day as I was listening to some music, a song by Anthem Lights came on called "Stranger". The gist of that song is that we are not of this world. We are all strangers in this land. Our home is in heaven. That part hit me like a charging rhino. We are just passing through this world. God will someday call us home but right now we are here to shine the light of Christ as bright as we can.
